You’d think that here in Minnesota, people would realize that they spew mist out of their noses every time they exhale. Many of the staff are not wearing masks properly, (covering mouth AND nose), including, as we saw when we we’re. If you are high risk, or concerned about the pandemic, DO NOT go here for inside seating until there is a vaccine or a cure. I would highly recommend the MOA location. I don’t typically write bad reviews but this place was especially bad service. But I told the manager that I won’t be dining there today or again in the future and she couldn’t care less I’m usually the type to remain calm and I always tip well. I told her I can expect slow service but I don’t want bad service. I spoke to the manager about the situation and all she had to say was I’m sorry we are busy and short staffed. She heard my wife’s drink order but didn’t stick around to take mine or the drink order for our two children. I then went to the waitress and asked her why she did so and she said she didn’t hear us and went to another table. We waited for over 15 minutes for a waitress to come to our table just to have her walk away in the middle of us ordering drinks. were promptly seated on the second story balcony. So we decided to try the Maple Grove location and we had reservations and. We said to ourselves that crave could be a regular spot for us. Yesterday me and the wife went to crave for the first time at MOA and it was incredible. AVOID BROOKE AT ALL COSTS !!!!! SHE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY! More My GF and I appreciate the fact they have Glenn working there. He was extremely understanding and did his job very well. The only good thing that came out of the experience was Glenn, the manager. All I can say is that I hope it was an isolated incident and that Brooke finds a different job at the restaurant. I work in the service industry and let so much slide because I understand what it's like but two days later and I am still wondering how Brooke even has that job. She was responsible for the single worst restaurant experience I have ever had. Brooke was or server on the rooftop patio. but my last dining experience needs to be shared. However, the chef came out and greeted us and he was very nice. She looked like she was talking to some regulars. said"Well, we came in around 3 and the waitress seemed kind of bothered by us.
